Malaysia Airports
Holding Berhad

MAHB

We managed a 2-day Face-to-Face with the Media Seminar for Senior Management, Airport Literacy Programme for Journalists, and Group Dynamics Team Building-Brainstorming Sessions for Corporate Communications & PR Departments of MAHB & KLIA.

When we first came on board it was tough dealing with the complaints from the print media almost every week. However, after arranging for a few airport literacy programmes designed specially for journalists, the situation improved by leaps and bounds.

We also arranged for “brainstorming” sessions at 2 days 1 night retreat for key departments of MAHB involving and committing their heads of departments to chart future directions for their personnel in line with the overall objectives set by MAHB. “Group Dynamics” sessions of this nature proved so successful that many other departments in MAHB are waiting for us to take them for their “Light, Easy and Fun (LEAF)” Retreat.

Fujitsu Limited -
Corporate Profile

Fujitsu Limited

A work of art, creating this company’s corporate profile for presentation to the organisation’s President in Japan and for representation to the IAP conference organised by MDEC. A lot of considerations taken into the planning of the profile, which was miraculously completed in a short space of time. The result: Big smiles from the Client!

Ministry of Youth & Sports

Ministry of Youth and Sports

We were engaged by the Ministry for a number of public relations and consultancy works.

We were first entrusted with building up the media hype for Larian Rakyat 2006 which was aimed at garnering support by Malaysians for the country’s bid to host the 2006 ASIAN Games. We played a part in increasing the number of registrants from a mere 380,000 to a whopping 2.8 million in two weeks! Alas, Malaysia lost the bid, nevertheless, the Run was a reflection of the people’s spirit and support. Subsequently, we were involved in building up the publicity and media for the KL2001 SEA Games via the ASEAN Voyage of Friendship and Torch Flight with launches by the Prime Minister and Minister of Defence.

We also delivered the concept and management of Malaysia’s attempt to create the Longest Banner In The World with a certification by the Malaysia Book of Records and The Guinness World Records.

In January 2003, we were engaged as Media Consultants for the Ministry to set up their in-house Media Unit. This was to streamline the various activities carried out that had not been receiving enough media support. House styles were created to show unity within, more press conferences were organised and representatives from each department sat with us every week for training and to share activity news from each department. This helped us to brainstorm and propose ideas to bring these activities back to the youths, whom unfortunately had little clue how to participate. This called for an extensive publicity programme, including media monitoring of the effect of such programme. Our Media Reports included not only the monthly cost value of all related article published, but also an analysis of the news and the slant of public opinion on the Ministry which was of paramount interest

Even though it was difficult to pindown both the DPMs for a date, but we managed it against all odds. This was preceded by the Pre-Conference Dinner for invited captains of industries and the full day Conference the following day. It was a highly publicised event in Kuala Lumpur and Singapore

Maju Hotels & Resorts (Maju Holdings) - PR Consultancy

Maju

We carried out a new A&P and Marketing Campaigns for Maju Hotels and Resorts to reposition Kampung Tok Senik Resort in Langkawi and Desa Utara Pedu Lake Resort in Kedah. These two unique properties were given a fresh approach in their branding as tourists are always on the lookout for such niche getaways. The campaign takes them to Australia, Europe and Asia. Kampung Tok Senik, an only-one-of-its kind resort in the world is in the midst of a paddy field and rubber plantation, while Desa Utara, rests next to Pedu Lake and is in the midst of a tropical rainforest. As the Public Relations Consultants for Maju Hotels and Resorts, these properties received a lot of media coverage which generated major enquiries and bookings from expatriates, locals and foreigners alike.
